热湃®轻空态,是一款源自航天技术融合气凝胶特性迭代研发的改性高分子聚合物发泡材料。产品以多组分高分子聚合物为核心原料,通过多组分高分子改性、超精密发泡及一体化成型工艺,构筑三维多层次立体网状骨架结构,制成高性能超薄柔性复合泡绵。依托独特的微观拓扑孔隙结构设计,打破传统保温隔热材料性能壁垒,融合超轻、隔热、保温、阻燃、吸音、耐候等多重优异特性,可广泛适配民用、工业、医疗及航天军工等多元应用场景,是新一代绿色节能型多功能复合基础材料。

Product Introduction

Airepai® LightAir is a modified polymer foam material iteratively developed by integrating aerospace technology and aerogel characteristics. With multi-component polymers as the core raw materials, it forms a high-performance ultra-thin flexible composite foam through multi-component polymer modification, ultra-precision foaming and integrated molding processes, constructing a three-dimensional, multi-level stereo network skeleton structure. Relying on its unique microscopic topological pore structure design, it breaks the performance barriers of traditional thermal insulation materials, integrating multiple excellent properties such as ultra-light weight, thermal insulation, flame retardancy, sound absorption and weather resistance. It can be widely applied to diversified scenarios including civil, industrial, medical, aerospace and military fields, serving as a new generation of green and energy-saving multi-functional composite basic material.

核心技术原理

热湃®轻空态,具备高精密三维连通网状孔隙结构,整体孔隙率高达99%,超高孔隙占比可通过复合工艺高效囚禁静止空气,大幅抑制热传导与热对流,实现极低导热系数,构筑稳定断热屏障。同时,材料分子结构含氮量达67%,依靠本征分子链结构实现高效阻燃特性,无需额外添加阻燃助剂,从根源规避化学阻燃剂带来的异味、析出、老化等问题,具备原生安全防火属性。规整且丰富的三维微孔骨架,还可对宽频声波进行多重阻尼消耗,实现高效吸音降噪效果。此外,改性高分子体系赋予材料极强的温度耐受稳定性,适配极端宽温域使用环境。

Core Technical Principle

Airepai® LightAir features a high-precision three-dimensional connected network pore structure with an overall porosity of up to 99%. The ultra-high porosity can efficiently trap static air via composite technology, greatly inhibiting heat conduction and convection, achieving an extremely low thermal conductivity and building a stable thermal insulation barrier. Meanwhile, the material’s molecular structure has a nitrogen content of 67%, realizing high-efficiency flame retardancy through its intrinsic molecular chain without additional flame retardant additives. It fundamentally avoids problems such as peculiar smell, precipitation and aging caused by chemical flame retardants, possessing inherent safe fireproof properties. The regular and abundant three-dimensional microporous skeleton can also perform multiple damping consumption on broadband sound waves, achieving efficient sound absorption and noise reduction effects. In addition, the modified polymer system endows the material with strong temperature tolerance stability, adapting to extreme wide-temperature service environments.
